Lifetime Customer LLC has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy regarding the
transmission of unsolicited e-mail, also known as SPAM. We prohibit
the use of our system in any manner associated with Spam, and we do not
allow any of our web sites or services to be promoted through Spam. We
do not allow any of our users or services to send Spam, and we may not
deliver Spam or cause Spam to be delivered to any of our users or
customers.
Steps We Take To Protect Against Spam
We strictly prohibit the harvesting, mining or collection of e-mail
addresses or other information from or through our web sites or web
services. We also prohibit the harvesting, mining or collection of
e-mail addresses from any ISP service for the purpose of sending Spam,
and will terminate any user determined to have transmitted Spam that
markets any of our web sites or system components. We actively monitor
our systems for large import lists and e-mails going to a large number
of subscribers.
We strictly prohibit the marketing of any of our web sites by the
transmission of e-mail that makes use of or contains invalid or forged
headers, invalid or non-existent domain names or any other means of
deceptive addressing (counterfeit e-mail).
We strictly prohibit the marketing of any of our web sites by the
transmission of e-mail that is relayed from any third party's mail
servers without the permission of that third party, or which employs
similar techniques to hide or obscure the source of the e-mail. The
transmission of Spam, including the transmission of counterfeit e-mail,
may result in civil and criminal penalties against the sender under
applicable federal and/or state law.
In fine, we strictly prohibit the transmission of e-mail to or through
our server(s) that...
- Employs any technique to otherwise misrepresent, hide or obscure any information in identifying the point of origin or the transmission path
- Contains false or misleading information in the subject line or otherwise contains false or misleading content
- Otherwise violates our Terms of Service
If we believe that unauthorized or improper use is being made of
our service, we may, without notice, take such action as it, in our
sole discretion, deems appropriate, including blocking messages from a
particular Internet domain, mail server or IP address. We may also
immediately terminate any account that is found to be transmitting or
is otherwise connected with any e-mail that violates this policy.
How To Report Spam
If you receive Spam that you believe is related to Lifetime Customer LLC, please
send it to our E-mail Abuse Department. The best (and easiest) way to
do this is by forwarding the offending e-mail to: info@lifetimecustomer.com
Please include your name, address, telephone number and any information
you may have about the identity of the person or entity that sent the
the offending piece of e-mail to you. You may also call our E-mail Abuse
